Stunning Kate Hudson told Vogue that even she gets acne and breakouts sometimes.
“I’ll have three [good] days, and then boom, I’ve got pimples showing up. I’ve had a hard time figuring it out,” she said.
A vegan diet could help your skin
But! If you’re in the same boat as Kate (aren’t we all?) there’s good news. The stunning actress has found a remedy for bad breakouts - a vegan diet.
“When I went vegan last summer, my skin was the best it’s ever been—skin tone, pores, everything,” says Hudson
With her knowledge of wellbeing and a devotee of the mantra that beauty comes from within; Hudson could see her skin was loving her new vegan eating regime. She wanted to expand her menu though, so she tried the Paleo diet.
Paleo didn't do the trick
“I did Paleo, and what was interesting about Paleo was my skin wasn’t as good,” Hudson told Vogue.
