RAW MATCHA RASPBERRY TARTS

RAW MATCHA RASPBERRY TARTS

DF GF EGG-FREE

Ingredients:

Crust:
1 cup raw almonds
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
3-4 soft pitted dates
1-2 tbsp agave nectar or maple syrup

Filling:
1 cup raw cashews (soaked for at least 6 hours)
1/2 cup coconut milk (canned)
1/4 cup coconut oil
3-5 tbsp coconut sugar (or any sweetener)
2 PURE MATCHA Magic Dust

 

Instructions:

1. Add crust ingredients to a food processor and pulse on high until it forms into a dough.
2. Press into tart tins and place them in the freezer.
3. Add filling ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth,, pour over the crust and freeze for at least 6-7 hours.
4. Take out of the freezer 15 minutes before eating.
