BEST GF WAFFLES

DF GF EGG-FREE

INGREDIENTS:

Dry ingredients:
1 1/4 cup rice flour
3 tbsp tapioca flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp YANG Magic Dust

Wet ingredients:
3 tbsp blackstrap molasses
1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp non-dairy milk
Chocolate (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

In separate bowls, mix the dry and wet ingredients, then stir the wet into the dry. . Divide the batter in two and add the cocoa powder + the extra tbsp of non-dairy milk to one part. Scoop the waffle batter onto a preheated waffle iron, then cook according to its instructions.

Serve immediately so they stay crispy!
